Terms and Conditions

Deposits and remaining balances
A deposit is required for bookings (this applies to wedding hire). 
All balances must be paid in full, prior to the day of service. This can be paid to the driver at the time and place of the first collection (pick up) point or it can be paid directly at the office prior to the booking.

Credit Terms
Where credit terms have been agreed to, full payment is due and payable within 15 days of the date of the invoice.

Luggage
The company will use its own discretion in relation to the volume and/or weight of luggage to be carried and we reserve the right to refuse to carry excessive amounts. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage to clients’ property. 

Cancellation Policy
Corporate account customers can cancel up to 24hrs prior to pick-up time at no cost. Cancellations within 24hrs are chargeable at 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellations of more than 24hrs prior to the time of booking will receive no charge. Go Executive Travel will accept any cancellation made as long as 24hrs notice via email is received. 

Delays
It shall be the hirer’s responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination. Go Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed connections i.e flights, trains, due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents, road closures, road maintenance, vehicle breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances. 

Health and Safety
Go Executive Travel drivers will drive at safe speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles in accordance with UK law.

Journey
For all journeys booked, passengers are requested to be at the agreed meeting place and time.
In certain circumstances although not encouraged, food and drink may be consumed within our vehicles, this is only at the discretion of our driver. Any soiling or damage to the vehicle will be charged to the hirer at the prevailing rate. In order to maintain excellent level of service, Go Executive Travel may occasionally, and at peak times, provide sub-contracted vehicles. The client who books the vehicle will be responsible for the damage to the vehicle or its fixtures. 

Payment
All bookings to non-account customers must be paid for in advance. In certain circumstances we may consider payment on the day of travel. Contact us for details. We accept all major Debit and Credit cards. We do not store any Debit or Credit card details. 

Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if the passenger does not show up for prepaid journeys. No refund is made for cancellation of a booking on the day of travel. 

Passengers Responsibility
Please ensure that all belongings have been accounted for before your driver departs. In the event of any items being left in the vehicle after client departures, we will try our best to return items as soon as possible. Go Executive Travel  will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property. In the event of sickness, spillages and soiling in the vehicle, the cost of a valet and time lost will be a minimum of £150.00. Go Executive Travel insurers will not cover injury’s caused by passenger’s irresponsibility such as not wearing a seat belt or opening doors before the vehicle has come to a halt. 

Changes to Booking
We require 24hrs notice for any changes to the booking.

Waiting time
A maximum time of 10 minutes for address collections, and 45 minutes for Airport/Seaport collections will be allocated to each booking, although we will monitor all flights carefully and keep in contact with the client.
